Behind the Scenes: What Parents think vs. What actually happens

Our new youtube video went up yesterday!

If you haven’t watched it, you definitley should. It is so funny! Watch it now:

In this video, we show you the perspective of what parents think teens are doing vs. what they actually are doing. Parents always think you are doing something way worse then what you actually are doing. They think you are sneaking out when in actuality you are sleeping in bed. Watch the video and see if you can relate to this.

This video was so fun to make and we know we say that for every behind the scenes but it really was. The dancing part was one of the funnest parts of the video to film. The bed was so wobbly we kept falling and it kept moving. The dance also turned into a dance fight. It was so funny! We couldn’t stop laughing.

Here are some behind the scenes photos:

Behind the scenes: Instagram video: When someone texts you K.

In this Instagram video, we show you “When someone texts you k.” Can anyone relate?

We filmed this video by scheduling a text message to go throgh while Korah was texting. The text message took about a minute to send through and we were laughing the whole time.

Behind the Scenes: Crazy Unfortunate Fortune Cookies

Hello everyone!

Our new youtube video went up yesterday! If you haven’t watched it watch it now and please subscribe!!

Crazy Unfortunate Fortune Cookies

We came up with the idea of this video because of something random, I can’t even remember why. Of course we didn’t know how to put the slips of paper in the cookies, so we improvised.

In this video, Korah and Amariah are eating at a restaurant and then get fortune cookies after. The crazy thing is that all the fortune cookies are coming true. Everything happens just like what the fortune cookies say. Will Korah and Amariah be able to make it out alive?

We really hope you enjoy this video! We were laughing so hard throughout the whole thing and kept coming up with more things to add onto.

Here are some behind the scenes pictures:

The Parent Trap (Part two)

We filmed this video right after we filmed the first video “The Parent Trap.” Otherwise the first video would of been over twenty minutes long.

Two twins teach each other their ways in order to switch on their parents. But will their parents notice?

This video was so fun to film and we were bursting with ideas. We hope you like it!!

Behind the Scenes: The Parent Trap

Our new youtube video is up!!!

If you haven’t watched it, watch it now:

The Parent Trap

This video was so fun to film!

Two twins go to a summer camp and find out that they are related. Their parents kept it a secret from them for their whole lives. They fight, then make up and become best friends. What will happen next? Make sure to watch till the end for the bloopers!

For all of our videos, we usually take one or two takes and never go over that, except if we fail, fall, or mess up.

For this video, we shot a lot more clips because they were so coordinated and we needed to get it right. We hope you enjoy this video!!

5 Innovative Approaches to Improve your Acting skills

We love acting and everyone acts in their life even if they don’t know it. As soon as you lie, you are acting. You are making up a story, and making it a believable story so you won’t get caught in your lie. That is acting. Acting is everywhere, even if you don’t pursue it professionally. So, we wanted to help out everyone and tell you 5 Innovative approaches to improve your acting skills.

Acting

Here we go:

  1. Take Note of every Situation.
Acting is everyday life situations put to life. Look around at people’s facial expressions. What happens when someone asks them a question? In school or work, look around. Is that person at their desk bored or just deep in thought? Notice people’s mannerisims and their body language. Then, when you act apply it to the fake situation but pretend that it is real.
  2. Just Act. It is called acting after all.
Acting is not hard because you do it everyday in your life. Just be yourself and add the character into that. Film yourself while you are practicing your lines and look at someone past the camera. Act like there is a person that is actually there. Then look at the tape and see what you did wrong. Then repeat.
  3. Watch movies and plays.
Watching movies and plays can help your acting improve drastically. Watch a clip of a movie scene, pause the movie and try to mimic and do exactly what the person does in the scene. What is the volume and inflection on their voice like? Are they stern, happy, concerned? Does their body language say anything about the environment that they are in? Does their facial expression state a clear statement? Think about these things while mimicing the scene.
  4. Act in front of a mirror and people you are close with.
Sometimes, stepping out on a stage is frightful. To fix this, practice acting in front of a mirror. This will help you gain self confidence when delivering your lines. Notice your facial expressions, your hand gestures and your movements. Fix what you notice is doing wrong and try again. Also, perform before your family and your friends. Then ask them some things you can improve on. They will be more likely to tell the truth and be honest with you then strangers would.
  5. Don’t give up.
Acting may be frustrating at first. You might not be able to nail down a scene or you think you are not being realistic enough and that is okay. Acting takes time and practice. Don’t frustrate yourself and never give up. The harder you push for your goals, the more you will recieve.

    Hope this helped!!

Behind the Scenes: Types of People on Superbowl Sunday

Hello everyone! Our new YouTube video went up yesterday!

If you haven’t seen it, watch it now:

YouTube video: Types of people on Superbowl Sunday

We filmed this video on the day of the Superbowl. It was so much fun to film and we had a blast coming up with all the different types of people that are watching for the game.

In this video, there are so many different types of people. There is the eater, the person that doesn’t care at all about the games, the person that likes football but doesn’t know anything about it, the social medi addict, the overexaggerater, the person that goes all out for the game, and the person that only watches for the half time shows.

While we were filming this, Korah accidentally hit herself with burning fryer oil, so if you watch till the end of the video, you can see that clip.

Here are some behind the scenes footage from shooting this video:

We loved filming this video and I hope you enjoy watching it!
